Define Statuses
To manage the different statuses available in the system, navigate to the Process tab in the portal, and click the button Define Statuses.
The statutes defined here, are global across all processes.
In the toolbar, you will find the Define Statuses button.
On the Define Statuses page, you can add all the different statuses you want to be available. You will be prompted to pick from this list when adding statuses to a process, as explained later in this documentation.
Note: Statuses at this level are defined across all Processes. This is the master list of all statuses available for the system.
Later when you create processes you can define which of these statuses should be applicable to a specific process.
And when you add the Aimplan Status Visual to a report page you can even in more granularity specify which statuses should be applicable to a specific page.
