Creating a Storage Table

Now that you have an understanding of how you want your Status Visual to work, you can start setting it up, beginning in the Administrator Portal. Here you need to create a storage table and your processes. First, set up a storage table of the type Status Table.



In this table, you need to generate the keys on which you want to store the status. In the example above, status is set on department, meaning we would add DepartmentID as a field. The table should be viewed as a fact table in the same way as your other Aimplan Fact Tables, connecting dimension keys to existing dimension keys from you model.
