The tenant ID is used every time calling to the Power BI API is done. If the tenant ID is blank (the first time you go into settings), the tenant ID is automatically fetched from your login. If the tenant ID is saved with the report, and you are logged in to another tenant ID, the setting will not change. If you want to change it do the tenant ID you are logged into, just delete the value and leave the textbox. The logged in tenant ID is now updated in the textbox. You can of course manually paste a tenant ID of your choice.
